• Councillor Sally Maddocks - Other Interest (Prejudicial) - Councillor Sally Maddocks declared that she had a conflict of interest regarding application 22/00897/FUL Car Park Victoria Terrace Glasson Dock and would leave the meeting when that application was considered.

8. Selling Animals as Pets Licence (renewal) and Boarding Kennels Licence (variation) application

• Councillor Sally Maddocks - Other Interest (Non-prejudicial) - Cllr Maddock declared an interest in relation to Agenda Item 8 having used the services of the applicant’s solicitor in the past but was satisfied that she would be able to hear the application in an impartial and fair manner. Cllr Maddock declared a further interest in Agenda Item 8 having used their dog grooming services approximately eighteen months ago but was satisfied that she could hear the application fairly and impartially.

• Councillor Sally Maddocks - Other Interest (Non-prejudicial) - Councillor Sally Maddocks declared an interest in relation to Agenda Item 7, Existing Dual Driver's Licence Holder, having previously worked with the complainant regarding unrelated matters in the capacity of Ward Councillor but was satisfied that she could hear the application fairly and impartially.
