• Councillor Andrew Gardiner - Other Interest (Non-prejudicial) - Councillor Gardiner declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 7 that he had recently booked his dog into the licensing premises.

8. Selling Animals as Pets Licence (renewal) and Boarding Kennels Licence (variation) application

• Councillor Andrew Gardiner - Other Interest (Non-prejudicial) - Cllr Gardiner declared an interest in Agenda Item 8 as he had used the kennels. He advised the meeting that he would leave the meeting prior to consideration of the item
