extensive stakeholder and community consultation. There is broad
community support for using council land for housing, especially
affordable and social tenures. However, concerns remain about any
the loss of car parking space numbers.
Are there any climate change implications?: There are no immediate implications against the other above headings concerned with the decisions laid out in the report. Final scheme approvals will have positive benefits against matters mitigating climate change and sustainability.
