Consultation process
Following approval from Cabinet, the Council
will seek to engage in informal consultation to gauge support for
continuing the control. Following this and application to renew the

then consider the proposal. There is no timetable for this decision

due to end in September 2026 it is prudent that work begins
exploring its renewal now.
