To agree the Lancaster Canal Quarter Masterplan is considered at Full Council for adoption within the Council’s Policy Framework in consideration of the outcomes and responses to draft Masterplan which has been the subject of wide stakeholder and public consultation. The report also outlines next steps in progressing initial early phase housing and development proposals to be considered in detail under a separate report.
