This report provides an update on the council housing budgetary position and seeks Cabinet’s decisions on council housing rent levels for 2023/24 and targets for future years. It also seeks approval of Cabinet’s supporting revenue budget and capital programme proposals for referral on to Budget Council, in order to complete the HRA budget setting process for 2023/24
