To seek approval for the authority to accept
£922,268 allocated from a Lancashire wide bid to MHCLG to
deliver the Changing Futures programme, in order to improve
outcomes for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage within the
District. Delivery of the Programme is expected to start from 1st
December 2021.
