Consultation process

Consultation is currently taking place on the Homes Strategy Action Plan which sets out the key housing priorities for Lancaster district. If the report is approved, further engagement work with existing communities and key stakeholders will take place.

Local residents and key stakeholders as well as other public sector bodies.

Are there any climate change implications?: Yes - there should be positive implications if the scheme goes ahead as there is an intention to refurbish properties and improve their thermal efficiency as far as is practical and viable.
