To seek approval of an overarching Covid-19 Business Grant Policy, to cover three new grant schemes introduced by Government in response to the pandemic. The policy sets out the criteria which Central Government provided to the Council, to determine eligibility for the Small Business Grant Fund, the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grant Fund and the Discretionary Business Grant Fund, and outlines the approach the Council will take in determining whether an award should be paid.
