The car park Order requires amendment to
introduce a number of modifications to the parking enforcement
scheme.
A summary of the proposed changes are:
Introduction of a rover parking permit for £9.50 per
day.
Introduction of new permit classes (Schools, pool cars and car
clubs).
A prohibition on engine idling.
Including Morecambe Town Hall front & side car park into the
Order.
Including Lancaster Town Hall side street into the Order.
Introducing Bull Beck car park into the Order
Amend Kingsway car park to a 3 hour restricted car park.
