Action Plan, which has been formally consulted upon. Early informal
consultation has also taken place with local partners. A full
programme of consultation will be undertaken on the key projects
within the programme.

Are there any climate change implications?: Not as a direct result of submitting the bid. However, an objective of the FHS programme is to have a strong and positive impact on climate change factors in the area through green design and construction, sustainable environmental planning, vehicle and pedestrian management and local services.
