Following the completion of a 5 year Condition
Survey (November 2012) to the Councils Corporate and Municipal
building stock, it is the aim of this report is to inform Cabinet
of the extent of backlog maintenance repair works outstanding to
buildings and for Cabinet to approve capital finance to fund a five
year planned maintenance programme which will complete this repair
works and ensure buildings are fit for purpose and legally
compliant
