Establishment of an Additional Estate Steward - Council Housing Services.

In order to ensure that vacant properties meet the Council's "Lettable Standard" and are relet within corporate target times, Estate Stewards are currently working seven days a week. This is not sustainable and, as an alternative to overtime, it is proposed that an additional Estate Steward post be established.
