1. In accordance with plans. 2. Before the parking areas are brought into use, details of the landscaping scheme to be agreed (to include a raised earth bund with shrub planting on top, as illustrated by a layout plan and sectional drawing; and detailed trees and shrubs, as identified for all other areas of the site).
