To receive declarations by Members of interests in
respect of items on this Agenda.
Members are reminded that, in accordance with the
Localism Act 2011, they are required to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests which have not
already been declared in the Council’s Register of Interests.
(It is a criminal offence not to declare a disclosable pecuniary interest either in the
Register or at the meeting).
Whilst not a legal requirement, in accordance with
Council Procedure Rule 10 and in the interests of clarity and

Billington spoke in opposition to the
application and James Glynn, agent, spoke in support of the
application.
Councillor Kay entered the room part way through the Public
Speakers representations. Councillor Kay did not participate in the
vote.
It was proposed by Councillor Brookes and
seconded by Councillor Blamire:
“That Planning Permission be
granted.”
Upon being put to the vote 9 members voted in
favour of the proposition, 3 voted against, with 2 abstentions,
whereupon the Chairman declared the motion to be carried.

If the turbine fails to produce
