Training session delivered by The Audit Commission.

David Brown of the Audit Commission delivered a training presentation to the Panel on Data Quality. The presentation outlined the importance of monitoring performance in large organisations and gave specific reference to the improvement of Lancaster City Council’s monitoring processes.

Resolved:

That the presentation be noted.

Training session delivered by the Head of Corporate Strategy.

Richard Tulej, Head of Corporate Strategy, delivered a training presentation to the Panel on the City Council’s Performance Management Framework. The presentation centred on the Performance Management structure that had been implemented at the City Council over the previous three years.
