Change of use of two bowling greens to multi-use games areas with surrounding fencing and floodlights.

It was proposed by Councillor Catherine Potter and seconded by Councillor Keith Budden:

“That the application be approved subject to the conditions in the Committee Report.”

Upon being put to the vote, 12 Councillors voted in favour of the proposal with none against and no abstentions, whereupon the Chair declared the proposal to have been carried.

Resolved:

That the application be approved subject to the following conditions:

1.    Standard Timescale.

2.    Approved plans.

3.    Precise details of fencing.

4.    Landscaping and maintenance details.

5.    Construction Management Plan.

6.    Drainage Strategy.

7.    Development in accordance with Noise Assessment and details of close boarded fence be erected along the northern boundary.

8.    Development in accordance with Lighting Assessment and details of the angle of the lights.

9.    Hours of use.
