The Chief Executive, in consultation with the Chair of the Licensing Committee, has agreed to make a decision in accordance with the City Council’s Urgent Business Procedure, Delegated powers, Part 2, Section 7 of the City Councils Constitution.

Details of the decision and the reasons for the urgency are set out in the attached documentation, which is exempt from publication by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
