It was proposed by Councillor Helen Helme and seconded by Councillor Ian Clift:

 

“That the application be approved.”

 

Upon being put to the vote, Members voted unanimously in favour of the proposition, whereupon the Chairman declared the proposal to be carried.

 

Resolved:

 

That Planning Permission be granted subject to the following conditions:

Standard 3 year timescale.

2.

Development to accord to approved plans.
