The Chief Executive (in consultation with the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee) was asked, and agreed, to waive call-in in accordance with the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Procedure 17(a).  The Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee was in agreement with the decision to waive call-in.
