The Head of Planning Services submitted a report, which was exempt from publication by virtue of paragraphs 3 and 5 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972, updating Members on progress with the regeneration project and in terms of land acquisition.
The options, options analysis, including risk assessment and officer preferred option, were set out in the exempt report.
It was moved by Councillor Archer and seconded by Councillor Langhorn:-
“That the recommendations, as set out in the exempt report, be approved.”
Members then voted:-
