Issue - meetings

To receive the Minutes of Meetings of Cabinet held on 9^th December, 2008 and 20^th January, 2009. 

Council considered the Cabinet minutes of the meetings held on 9^th December 2008 and 23^rd January 2009.  The Leader and Cabinet Members responded to a number of questions.
