To decide whether over the next two years to
progress regeneration improvements to streets and spaces as per the
Lancaster Square Routes initiative and with implications for
capital financing and, at the same time, to decide whether to
proceed with regeneration improvements to streets and spaces
consistent with actions proposed in the Draft Morecambe Area Action
Plan and with implications for capital financing.

Cabinet received a report from the Head of Regeneration & Planning which was confidential by virtue of Section 100A (2) of the Local Government Act 1972.
The options, options analysis, including risk assessment and officer preferred option, were set out in the confidential report.
Councillor Hanson proposed, seconded by Councillor Sands:-
“(1) That the recommendations, as set out in the confidential report, be approved.”
