It was proposed by Councillor Claire Cozler and seconded by Councillor Eileen Blamire:

 

“That the application be approved.”

 

Upon being put to the vote, Members voted unanimously in favour of the proposition, whereupon the Chairman declared the proposal to be carried.

That Planning Permission be granted subject to the following conditions:

Approved Plans – Retain.

Boundary Fencing – Approve details.

3.

Affordable Housing Units – Retain.

4.

Access Roads and connection to the highways – Retain.

5.

6.

Off-site highway improvements - Amend condition to be fully implemented no later than 7 months from the date of this permission.
