It was proposed by Councillor Jon Barry and seconded by Councillor Dave Brookes:

 

“That the application be deferred to the next scheduled meeting of Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee to allow Officers time to obtain further legal advice regarding the matter.”

 

Upon being put to the vote, Members voted unanimously in favour of the proposition, whereupon the Chairman declared the proposal to be carried.

That, the application be deferred to the next scheduled meeting of the Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee to allow Officers time to obtain further legal advice regarding the matter.
