It was proposed by Councillor Dave Brookes and seconded by Councillor Sylvia Rogerson:

 

“That the application be approved.”

 

Upon being put to the vote, Members voted unanimously in favour of the proposition, whereupon the Vice-Chairman declared the proposal to be carried.

 

Resolved:

 

That Planning Permission be granted subject to the following conditions:

 

1.

Standard three year timescale.

2.

Works to be carried out in accordance with the approved plans.

3.

Works to be undertaken in accordance with agreed details.

4.

Works to be undertaken in accordance with the recommended bat mitigation measures.
