To consider the Phase 3 Business Case on subject assets approved by the council's Capital Strategy Group as suitable acquisitions to support the Funding the Future strategy and a range of wider council economic, social and environmental priorities. Members are asked to approve the final actions necessary to formally secure the subject assets via completion of the agreed contractual terms of sale.
