A number of statutory organisations (Police, Fire & Rescue, Hospital Trust) along with several relevant local organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Lancaster District CVS, Homeless Action as well as several Council Officers have been directly consulted. In addition, there has been an online consultation available to members of the public which has been promoted through a number of council channels.
