Cabinet Decisions

The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 has removed the requirement for a Forward Plan to be published each month. Instead, local authorities operating executive arrangements are required to give at least 28 days’ notice of every key decision which is to be taken. To comply with this requirement and facilitate access to the information, the Council will be publishing these decisions under “ Executive Key Decisions”. You can obtain a complete list of the notices by clicking on the PDF link above each list of items. In addition, the Regulations, stipulate that at least 28 days’ notice should be given of the intention to hold any meeting or part in private. You will find a list of these meetings under Notice of Meetings where Executive Decisions may be taken in private”. The notices relating to these can be obtained by clicking on the PDF link above the list of items. Further information can be obtained by emailing democracy@lancaster.gov.uk
