Retrofitting is identified as a key priority
in the approved Homes Strategy 2020-25. Consultation on the Homes
Strategy took place between December 2020 - February 2021.
Registered Provider partners have been consulted and invited to
identify qualifying properties. If the report is approved there
will be an intention to send leaflets to qualifying
properties.
