To update Cabinet on the extent of the backlog repairs still outstanding to the Council’s Corporate and Municipal Building stock.

To establish where buildings are worsening and therefore potentially failing to meet necessary legislative requirements.

To plan and programme the outstanding backlog repairs and legislative requirements in an efficient and effective way.
