The Licensing Act Sub Committee exists to
discharge the statutory functions of the Council in respect of the
Licensing Act 2003 and the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings)
Regulations 2005, through hearing representations in respect of
licensing applications.
Please note that these dates are provisional
and may be cancelled if a settlement is reached before the hearing
is scheduled.
